To run a traceroute from your windows PingPipe dedicated server, from the desktop click:

Start->Run…, and then enter:

tracert followed by your domain (www.domain.com)

To enter this information in a support ticket position your mouse pointer over the results screen and and choose SELECT ALL. 

Then left click on the highlighted text in the window to copy into clipboard, In your open support ticket your mouse and choose PASTE.
