| DNS stands for Domain Name Server. It is what makes it possible for visitors to find your site on the internet after they enter the "www" into their web browser. DNS is like the "white pages", it tells the internet "when you're looking for my website, you can find it here" When you purchase a domain name with PingPipe you will be asked to provide this information (usually NS1 and NS2). If you have any problems updating your DNS settings please enter a support ticket via the PingPipe Client Area with the details. The next available technician will investigate and reply. |
