This function is responsible for registering telephone number client is calling from. After successful register there is no need to enter PIN number once again.
Example for schema PIN + Register:
In case of first client call, request for PIN number is played and client have to enter correct PIN. After that system asks for destination number and call is made.
Next, every call from the same telephone number allows client to not to enter PIN number - this number is registered.

Registered number is not overwritten, what means that first registered number is never changed.
