Redirection service doesn't work in case of no answer. After about 60 seconds of ringing call is terminated instead of redirect. Client has properly configured redirect service in portal.

This situation occurs when "Limit ring time" option is not set. To set "Limit ring time" to some value go to Settings / VoipSwitch leaf in left menu of VSM.

Then check "Limit ring time" box and enter desired value (in seconds). Next confirm changes by pressing "Save changes" button.

After changing "Limit ring time" value it isrequired to restart VoipSwitch application to changes take effect.
