There is no visual interface for this task but it can be done by editing scenario file. Scenarios are located in folder ...VoipBox 1.0\scenarios\dialable . Scenarios are based from less to higher complexity. Base scenario used to play announce time for all other is localted ask_for_number+time.xml.
File can can be opened using Notepad editor. Using search function of Notepad one can find sentence MakingCallState. It should fine line showed below.

Changing time_format value will change format of time announcement. In given example it will say minutes and seconds. Allowed letters are h, m or s. To change time announcement to say only hours and minutes it must be set as hm.

changes will take effect only after restarting Voipbox.
