| If you are running Windows Vista and have trouble hearing your callers, the problem may be your computer's audio settings. To address this, run the "audio and video tuning wizard". First click the "Audio" tab in yoor PC2Phone software and follow the instructions. If you still experience difficulties afterwards please enter a support ticket from the PingPipe client area and the next available technician will investigate.
