In voipswitch logs window appear messages like : "Client from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx did not respond on authorization request" or "Client from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx did not send expected messages".

This message appears when the device does not respond on authorization request or didn't respond on another messages within the timeout time.
It could be a problem of connecting through the NAT or the device itself.
We suggest to check the value of registrar expire time in VSM->settings->SIP and setup it with a value between 50-60 sec (Default is 600).
After saving the settings restart of the voipswitch application is required.
