The VoipSwitch files for your IVR are located in the following path: eg. for english: "c:\Program Files\VoipBox 1.0\languages\English\StaticWaves\"  "c:\Program Files\VoipBox 1.0\languages\English\Waves\" In order to change them the new .wav files should be recorded in the .wav format: "PCM 8kHz, 16 bit, mono".
