What to do if I do not see active calls in VSC?

If you cannot see all of your Voipswitch's active calls in your VSC interface log into your dedicated server and open your Voipswitch Manager (VSM).    When your VSM opens click: Settings -> VoipSwitch and choose the option "Save active calls in DB". SAVE these changes, restart VoipSwitch, and then your active calls should display properly in your VSC.
