entering a support ticket for a dedicated sever with Plesk

To enter a support ticket log into your PingPipe client area If you have forgotten your password click the "Request a password.." link to have a reminder automatically sent to the email address that we have on file. Tickets are answered first-in, first-out, and are are automatically assigned to the next available representative. In order to ensure quickest response times make sure you choose the most appropriate category for your support ticket.
