entering a support ticket

To enter a support ticket for your PingPipe service log into the PingPipe client area. If you have forgotten your password click the "Request a password" link to have a reminder automatically sent to the email address that we have on file. Tickets are answered first-in, first-out, and are are automatically assigned to the next available representative.

In order to ensure quickest response times make sure you choose the most appropriate category for your support ticket with PingPipe.
