not able to send or receive email

If you are unable to send or receive email, first check that you have configured your email client correctly:

Incoming Mail Server Type: POP3
Incoming Mail Server: mail.YourDomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.yourisp.com

-or-

mail.YourDomainName.com

If you are still experiencing difficulties after confirming those settings please enter a technical support ticket at th PingPipe Client Area with complete details. The next available technician will investigate and respond to your ticket.
