Reboot tickets for dedicated servers

You can request a reboot of your dedicated server at anytime, all that is needed is a support ticket to be opened from your myPingPipe client portal.
Before your enter a reboot ticket, though, don't forget that you have the ability to remotely reboot your dedicated server at anytime, from its IPMI remote interface. The fastest way to reboot your dedicated server is from its IPMI (or iDrac) console, Login details for your IPMI are included in the Welcoming email sent when new servers are setup.

If you are having trouble performing a remote reboot please open a support ticket to klet our team know, we can manually do a reboot for you and re-set your dedicated server's IPMI, if needed.
