Dedicated Server Reboot Needed

The quickest way to reboot your dedicated server is via its IPMI. Login details for your IPMI are included in your Welcoming email.
To reboot after you have logged into your dedicated server click: REMOTE CONTROL>POWER CONTROL>POWER CYCLE SERVER>PERFORM ACTION.

After your dedicated server has rebooted, allow up to a few minutes for it to become accessible, especially if operating system updates are installing.

If your server does not come back online within 15 minutes of a reboot please open a ticket from your myPingPipe client portal, our support team is always available and can perform a physical reboot of your dedicated server as well if you ever require one.
