how does domain name renewal work

PingPipe will send you automated reminders when the domain names you register through us are about to expire, starting 60 days from the scheduled renewal date. If your domain has expired within the last 30 days and you would still like to renew it please visit your myPingPipe to enter a support ticket, and the next available representative will reply.
