Entering a Support Ticket

Support services are always available from your myPingPipe client portal.
If you are having trouble copnnecting to a dedicated server, before entering a support ticket we first suggest that you do a power cycle from your server's IPMI interface. There is also a remote KVM for your dediacted server that you can access from your IPMI, this will give you remote console access so you can troubleshoot any problems remotely.
