How to enter a support ticket.

To enter a support ticket, first log into your myPingPipe.com client portal. If you have forgotten your myPingPipe.com password click the "Request a password.." link to have a reminder automatically sent to the email address that we have on file.

Support tickets are answered first-in, first-out, and are are automatically assigned to the next available representative. In order to ensure quickest response times make sure you choose the most appropriate category for your support ticket.
