PingPipe dedicated servers are self-managed. You have full Administrator/root access to your dedicated server, and can change its settings or install additional software (for example) at anytime. Our solid support services are always available at your myPingPipe client portal. If you ever have any questions or would like a hard drive reformat (for example), we are here.

It is important to note that a self managed dedicated server means that you are responsible for the day-to-day administration. An example of part of this day-to-day dedicated server administraiton is keeping your operating system current with updates, and making sure that you secure your server with proper firewall settings and regular changes to administraor and user passwords.
