You will have full root access to your PingPipe dedicated server. For security reasons we recommend that once you receive you Welcoming email, the first time that you log into your new server you should change the Root password. If you have any difficulties logging in please open a ticket from your myPingPipe client portal, our support team is always available to assist you.
